We use a Checkbox as our method of Electronic Signature to indicate your acceptance of all documents your Company may send for signature on this site.  This acceptance should be conveyed to all Company clients and customers as well.

It is important to note that all Countries have certain documents that cannot be signed Electronically.  These could include agreements relating to the sale of Immovable Property, Wills, Agreements relating to mining rights, Suretyships, agreements where couples are married in Community of Property and others.

2. Information. You will be able to visit our website at any time. However, should you wish to use our Electronic Signature system, you will have to create an account. To do this you will have to provide us with your email address, and any password you choose. As with all passwords you should choose something strong.  Do not share your password with anybody outside your company.  
3. Internet Usage. We do not collect your Internet usage information.
4. You will need the Username and Password to gain access to our system.
5. Disclosure. We may disclose information to third parties only if required for legal reasons.
6. Security. Our website is hosted on a secure server and uses security measures to prevent interference by intruders.
7. Retention. We will only retain your information for as long as you are a Client of U-Sign-It.

DATA

Other than the data we need for our system, we do not collect any other data from Social Media sites or mobile devices.
