What is an “Electronic Signature”?
The US Federal ESIGN Act, passed in 2000, defines it as an “electronic sound, symbol or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record”.
A “Standard Electronic Signature” (SES) is defined as “data in electronic form which is attached to or logically associated with other data in electronic form and which is used by the signatory to sign” (eIDAS Article 3)..
Is it Legal
“No contract,, or record shall be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form”, provided that all parties signing a document agree to use electronic signatures.
These principles have been included in various Laws in over 60 countries.
Can your system be used on all documents?
As stated above, ours is a SES and is ideal for signing company administrative documents. However it must NOT be use when an “Advanced” (AES) or “Qualified” (QES) signature is required.

Is your system Secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, to protect all commutation between our website and your Server from prying eyes.
Can I change my plan?
Yes – You can upgrade or downgrade any of your plans, but only after being on your current plan for at least 2 months.

What payment option you use?
We use Paypal as our payment gateway. Customers do not need be to be registered with PayPal to make a payment. PayPal lets you use your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners Club cards.
